This home is located one house back from the ocean, on the second floor above the garage, with a private entrance. The main living area is opened by a comfortable couch, flat screen TV, dining for four, and a fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and recessed lighting make this space cool and comfortable. The Air Conditioning unit easily maintains temperature, if needed during the warmer summer months. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to feed the family, such as high-end appliances, cookware, glasses, dinner sets, and utensils. Just bring the family chef! The bedroom is a relaxing space including a comfortable Queen Bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom (attached to the bedroom) has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work from floor to ceiling. This unit also has its own designated washer/dryer, located in the garage. Parking can be difficult in the Mission Beach area, but we have you covered! This apartment has one designated parking space within the shared garage. The dimensions for the garage space are 6ft 2in High X 7ft 9in Wide X 16ft 11in Deep. The garage is shared with the front house but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this before booking.
