I am a 50 some female who owns the house and lives here with my 14 year old son. I work and he goes to school and we are both very busy. I love cooking and baking. Taking hikes. Reading and keeping busy. The yard is 3 lots fenced in. I have a large garden space, honey bees, chickens and you will have your own off street parking. Utilities will be shared. Smoke free. No partying. No loud hang outs. We try to keep the house clean, I do ask that you clean up after yourself as well.. respect the property. I apologize for lack of photos. My phone is acting up.
