The owner lives in the main house, and utilities / mail boxes are shared. A flat fee $250 per month includes water, sewage, trash, gas, electricity, and internet. Electricity doesn't include EV charging. As a tenant, we ask that you maintain a clean and quiet environment, refrain from smoking or using drugs, and respect our rules. Must have good credit (above 700), 3x the rent in combined income, clear of previous evictions and criminal convictions.
