There is plenty of space to throw parties or grill-out with your class, but the house is big enough to escape from your roommates if you need to study. One bedroom with it's own private bathroom is available to move in immediately upon approval from the current cohabitants. Two additional rooms--the master bedroom and a loft--will be available on the 1st of August. Pets allowed. Full cost of rent and all utilities (internet, water, gas, electric) are split amongst all occupants equally. Base rent $2,100
