We have a one bedroom with shared bath for rent. This room will share kitchen with two housemates but will share the bathroom with one housemate. All utilities are included except cable. I am looking for a clean, quiet, and working professional who will pay rent on time. Minimum lease term is 6 months upon passing background check and meeting other requirements. No pets please! There is a lot of free parking space on the street in front of the house. The location is within walking distance to bus stops and major routes like Randolph and Georgia. Glenmont metro is about 5 to 10 mins walk. The room is for only single occupancy for a working professional. Single occupancy only. All utilities ( electric, gas, and water) are included except cable. No smoking, street parking, and a minimum of 6 month lease. Security deposit is a month and half equivalent of the rent. There is a background check (includes criminal, credit, and eviction history) done on transunion and applicant pay the fee of $42. A previous background check with a reputable company within one month will be accepted
