recently remodled and renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern looking house. Has a fireplace in living room, a backyard, gardening area and front yard. Has a beautiful kitchen with a wine cooler and a island/ bar area with 2 bar stools. Very comfortable, cozy, warm and modern looking house. Perfect for a couple, 2 friends, or a small family, however there is not bath for little kids unfortunately . Torrance has the best school system and house is up the street from Del Amo Mall, several shopping and food centers, and gyms. Very convenient location for all ages. Tenant is responsible for all amenities, internet/gas/water/trash/tv .....Please contact me via text for confirmed tour appointments. I will not be giving a tour to those who do not confirm via text.
