I added cedar shake on the front porch to give some nice ambiance. All of this work was done in June 2017. HVAC, toilet, bay window with seating area, and tile shower was done in 2015. There's a new oven/range new over-the-range microwave new refrigerator and dishwasher - all in stainless. There's also a unitized washer/dryer in the laundry room plus lots of storage. There's an 8'x6'' storage shed out back and some storage space in the attic too. Sit on the porch and listen to the birds chirping. You'd never know you were 15 minutes from Volkswagen Amazon and downtown. The river walk is 2.5 miles away and you can ride your bike downtown in about 45 minutes.
