Bedrooms are spacious and have roll away closet doors. Step out to your personal gated backyard perfect for those San Diego Owner pays for water, but tenant will be charged $25 for water per person. Tenant will be responsible for gas and electricity. Renters insurance is required, we offer our own and it is $12 a month. We also charge $2 for pest control.
