From beach hopping to riding Belmont Park's seafront roller coaster, there's plenty to do in this upbeat, laid-back beach destination. This is the burrito capital of the world, after all! With SeaWorld, Legoland, and one of the best zoos in the country, it's playtime all the time in this sunny Southern California city. Nearby attractions include Belmont Park, Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, SeaWorld San Diego, Riverwalk Golf Club, Pacific Beach Pier, Olive Cafe, Cannonball sushi, Taco Surf, Mission Bay Sailing, The Loma Club Golf Course, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla Cove. We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. The unit is surrounded by other homes in a close-quartered area and we would appreciate being mindful of the volume of the activities that may occur. Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. AC is only available upstairs. Our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. If violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
