Each adult will need to complete an application and be approved before we will line up any showings. There is NO application fee. Rent includes gas (heat), water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and responsible for salting/sanding own driveway in the winter (if you want that done as well). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. We do not allow pets or smoking in our Cambridge I division. The security deposit is $920.00 and due at the time of the lease signing.
