Do you want to live in the mountains, but you work in the city or neighboring towns? Consider a partially furnished 650 sq ft studio suite with its own full kitchen (fridge, range, dishwasher) and spacious bathroom with spa tub/shower. No laundry. Utilities are $150/month, which includes all Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, WiFi, and trash/recycling. The suite comes with a four-person table and chair set and a full-size bed with sheets and blankets (futon and TV/stand that are in the pictures are no longer in the unit). There is a paved patio outside the unit from door that looks out on the yard and mountains. THE SETUP 1. The studio is on the first level of the house with the upper 2 levels rented out to a couple and a dog. The living spaces are separate. 2. There is no laundry available in the unit. 3. It's just 4 miles west of Morrison in the town of Idledale, not far up Grapevine Rd. If you work in Golden, Lakewood, West Denver or closer, this location is fairly fast to get to and from. 4. There is a door into your suite from the garage. You will be the only one who uses this door. There is also an exterior entryway (pictured). 5. The yard is shared and unfenced with a paved patio and there is lots of wildlife around...elk, deer, fox, raccoon, and more WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 1. This studio suite is on the first level so if you are sensitive to some levels of noise like walking, this may not work for you. The noise from the suite does also carry upstairs so I would expect you to be aware of and to keep your noise to a reasonable level. 2. The house is on a hill and you may need AWD and/or snow tires on some days to get the roughly 1/4 mile up the road and the driveway is steep. ABOUT YOU 1. You are just ONE person. 2. You do NOT smoke anything of any kind. CBD use is fine, but absolutely no pot or cigarettes. 3.
