Renter can use 2 of the 4 garage stalls, with remote access, while owner will keep items in the other 2 stalls. There is extra parking but renter will need to keep the main driveway open for feed trucks, etc to get to the hog buildings. One year lease agreement. No smoking in the house. Pets are welcome with $30 per month per pet and they need to be non destructive and cleaned up after. Renter will provide their own washer. Owner can provide a dryer if renter would like.
