There is a full kitchen with all kitchen supplies provided. There is a full bathroom with a bath. Private off-street parking. First month rent and fully refundable security deposit due at signing of lease. All utilities included: High speed fiber optic internet, water, electric, snow removal, waste removal, cable and access to resort amenities. Pets are only allowed under specific circumstances, for an additional $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. Lease starts December and goes until February 1st, with option for month-to-month rental beyond that point until May 1st 2021.
