It is a good location in Westlake, with easy access to North Olmsted and all the restaurants in both the crocker park area and north olmsted area. The public library is 5- 8 min walk from the apartment. The property manager is very accomodative with the tenants needs. Very quick maintenance. A good place for the price in Westlake, OH. I am sub-leasing this apartment. The lease ends June 30th 2018. The rent includes Water, trash removal and sewer. Tenant is only responsible to set up Electricity/Cable/Internet. The aparment should be available for move in October 1st. It is a well kept apartment in the first floor with a patio facing the creek. A very quiet location and pets are welcome.
