I purchased this home about 4 years ago. I was active duty Coast Guard and left early because of a motorcycle wreck I was involved in. The person who first leased my home after the wreck, was not a good tenant. My current tenants are amazing, and they found a home they would like to purchase. Because they have taken great care of my home and pay the rent to me early every month, I have agreed to let them leave a few months before the lease is up. The pool is easy to maintain. I will have my pool company come to you and explain what you need to know. It is much less expensive to maintain than a chlorine pool, it needs very little maintenance and upkeep. You can go by and look at it, but your time to see it will depend on my current tenant's availability. This is my first home, and I will live there again someday to enjoy my pool! Until then, I am looking for tenants who respect it as their own home. The current tenants will be out and ready for my next tenant(s) to move in on 01FEB18, but it's possible my home could be ready for my next guests by mid-January. So, be flexible if you are interested! Owner pays HOA fee. Tenants responsible for all utilities, lawn and pool upkeep.
