The neighborhood has gravel trails (groomed for cross country skiing during the winter), a disc golf course, basketball courts, playgrounds, etc. This is a three bedroom, three bathroom home with a two-car garage, plus a large bonus room above the garage (best used for a playroom or for storage, although it does have windows and closets). Fully fenced, nicely landscaped backyard with garden and fire pit and picnic table. All appliances included. House is available partially furnished or unfurnished. We are longtime locals who will be relocating to New Mexico for work with the intention of coming back to town in a few years. The house has been our home for years and thus has been well-maintained and upgraded with newer appliances, master bath, etc. We are hoping to find renters who will appreciate it for the lovely home it is and also be responsible/respectful while we're gone. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and internet/cable (the house has in-floor radiant heat and has fiber optic running to the house via Luminate and is also wired for Xfinity and Dish). Snow removal and basic lawn maintenance (occasional mowing) are expected as part of living in the house. We can include our current snowblowers and lawnmower. Prospective renters will need to provide references and employment verification. The first month's rent and security deposit will be required for move-in. We are open to renters with cats and small dogs but would prefer to review potential pets on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Owner pays for water and trash.
