Utilities, WiFi and lawn care are included in rent. $150 non refundable cleaning fee. $900 refundable (based on damage) deposit due when booking the place. Two driveway parking spots and off street parking available as well. No smoking. No pets of any kind. No parties. No extremely loud music. No extended stay guest(two weeks max per month), there will be an extra cost if longer than two weeks. Please talk to the landlord for further information about extended stay guest. Rent is due on the day agreed upon. If payment is not received by the due date, there will be a late fee of $25. $25 due on the second day as well. By the third day and still no payment, you will be evicted. Please contact the landlord if problems arise. No one lives on site.
