Tenant eligibility is determined by household information including household size and income. Pre-tax annual income for the household may not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) - which for example is: $67,750 for a 5-person household $62,700 for a 4-person household $56,450 for a 3-person household The available unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Monthly rent is $925 and includes water. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building and street parking. Applications are processed in the order received we will contact you if you qualify for an apartment showing. At that time, you will receive an application with a list of required documents.
