Check-out time is before 11 AM, and a late check-out fee of $100 will apply if approved. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are not included in monthly rentals and will cost $300 per month ($350 between June 1st and October 1st).
