You'll be close to downtown (4 miles), 2 blocks from Wash Park / Wash Park fitness center ($5/day) & around the corner from hot spots for brunch, happy hour & dinner! The space Kitchen live like a local and enjoy beautiful granite counters, professional series Kenmore stainless steel appliances and garbage disposal. (cookware negotiable) Dining room - sit down at a beautiful dining table, with a brushed copper chandelier that will make the home exciting and fun, or romantic and relaxing. Living room - after a long day at work, exploring the city, or hanging out in the park, relax on the sectional couch. Bedrooms - both bedrooms have a custom built, queen bed and black-out shutters that will ensure a full and satisfying night's rest. Tenant Access While renting my home, you will have full, private access to the entire first floor of my home (as you can see in the pictures). The lower unit is available to rent via Air BnB and the garage is off-limits as it is used for personal storage when my home is rented to a guest. Water, electric and gas will be on a pro rata basis between the upper and lower units. High-speed internet included. No smoking.
