This two-story unit has 2 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, full sized washer and dryer, living room that faces Pikes Peak and a full kitchen. Relax with a walk around the private ranch property or head out to Pike National Forest for a hike to the red rocks. All utilities are included in the rent except for wifi/internet/phone/satellite. Renters are required to get a P.O. Box as mail is not accepted at the ranch. This is not a stand-alone unit and currently does not have a private/fenced yard. We will be adding a private deck to the front sometime over the summer. This unit is NON-SMOKING (of any kind) and is strictly enforced. Renter is responsible for internet/satellite service (equipment location needs approval). A minimum lease duration running through the end of May 2026 is required.
