Our home is a four (4) bedroom, three (3) full bathroom ranch, with a two (2) car attached garage. We have a couple of out buildings one barn building that is 12 X 16 for storage and a couple of portable chicken coops that we would like to take with us. We have a small duck pond that is in the process of being relined and a small duck house near the pond. The rooms in our house are big with the master bedroom and bathroom extra big to really give a nice family feel. It is setup in a county stile and is a great location because is sits on the edge of the Town of Rochester near the Marble Town line with Stone Ridge only a ten minute drive. This gives us the convenience of Stone Ridge without the taxes. We are a convent dive to the Thruway in New Paltz making possible a nice work commute.
