Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged for an additional fee if the home is available. Trash must be placed in the carts provided, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge. Excess trash on departure will result in a $50 pickup charge.
