This is a 1400 sq. ft. studio. It is part of a 4000 sq. ft. house that has 5 more bedrooms and 5 baths. It is a historic site and part of historical society. It has Views of the bridge the city skyline. Views from every room. The kitchen is very functional with great views. The bathroom is something else with a walk-in shower and oval free-standing tub looking out to the Coronado bridge. It has a living room area as well as a dining area. You must see it to believe how cool it is. Please note u have use of entire house sheets towel's forks knives dishes are all included. the only thing u need is food and toothpaste bathroom necessities since everything else is provided. owner pays all utiltes, no smoking
