The property offers a dog crate rental for $10 per visit with a limit of 5 days. A replacement fee for the mat is $30. Fees are invoiced and due at check-out time. Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, the property is close to landmarks like the Etowah L&N Depot Museum, Ocoee Whitewater Center, and Hiwassee River. It's a short drive to Cleveland, TN, and nearby parks such as Hiwassee Ocoee State Park, Fletcher Park, and Harrison Bay State Park. The property is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Guests are requested to turn off the TV, AC, and lights when leaving for the day. Pets must be on a leash in the yard and crated if left alone in the room. Only registered guests are allowed on the property and in the unit. There is a $16 fee per additional person per day if more than two adults are staying. The pool and hot tub are for registered guests only. A $125 fee applies for sanitizing and damage caused by pets, with additional charges for any damage. The pool is seasonal, closing in early October and opening on Memorial Day, with dates varying based on temperature. The hot tub is down one day every three months for maintenance.
