This is a private bedroom for one renter. The room is comfortably furnished with one queen size bed, tv, recliner, and shelving for your items. The room is 11' x 12' with a window to allow for natural light. Wifi is available for your use. The shared spaces in the house includes the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and the living room. This is a senior community and requires the renter to be 40 years of age or older. No indoor smoking, overnight guests, or pets. This is a gated community and you may have and park one vehicle in the outdoor space available. The room is furnished for one and the rental is month to month. There is a minimum of one month, but my previous roommates have stayed as long as 3 years. The utilities are included in the rent. There is a nonrefundable $125 cleaning fee that is charged your first month. Let's talk.
