Our three bedroom (plus office) condo is in a family friendly area of San Francisco. Rental will be available in June 2019. Our home is filled with light during the day and is in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Union St and the Marina. Entrance into the Presidio Park is only three blocks away along with a playground just 2 blocks away. Roofdeck is great for grilling up dinner and having a drink after a long day of exploring San Francisco while you watch the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge. The living room and kitchen are on the top floor with the bedrooms on the lower floors overlooking a lush garden. The back of our home receives a ton of privacy from the large Redwood Tree which blocks our surrounding neighbors. We have a two car garage and an additional parking spot in front. Street parking is never a problem. The office in the basement is used as an office but is easily converted into a bedroom with a folding futon. Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. Our newly renovated bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. Fantastic location in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. We will work with you to ensure you have a fabulous stay.
