This is a cozy, well-cared for home with a small but private back-yard in southwest Eugene. The yard is low maintenance - there are blueberry bushes right next to the deck outside the kitchen and garden beds available for gardening. You share a driveway with 2778 Chambers and I own that property as well and the renters there are great. The amount of the applicant screening charge: $35 My screening or admission criteria: All of the following will be considered when screening applicants 1) Background check (criminal & sex offender) 2) Credit check (credit score) & current income sources 3) Rental history & references 4) Number of co-applicants (preferably 0) 4) Number of pets (preferably 0) 5) Start date for lease 6) Order of applications received Applications will be accepted through noon Sunday, May 18th, 2025 and screened by the end of that day. I use Zillow as my tenant screening company. Zillow may use credit reports, public records or criminal records. I may also contact employers, landlords or other references to verify information provided in the application. Applicant have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided to the landlord by a screening company or credit reporting agency and to appeal a negative determination, if any right to appeal exists I will not discriminate against an applicant because of the race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, familial status or source of income of the applicant; Tenants are required to obtain and maintain renter's liability insurance in the amount necessary to cover all tenant's possessions. There will be an open house on Saturday, May 17th from 2:00-4:00 PM. If you cannot make that window, feel free to contact me to arrange another time for a tour. First month's rent + $2000 security deposit. Renter responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yard.
