Our beautiful emerald water, white sand beaches can be accessed via a car-free, nature trail called Lilly Lane from Naturewalk (across the street from the pool), on foot or bike. It leads to the San Juan Street beach access. Parking for cars or golf carts is available at the San Juan or Santa Clara beach access (which also has a ramp). Bike parking is available at numerous other beach access points. We recommend Dothan, Andalusia and Greenwood beach walkovers to the west of San Juan (these are only accessible by bike or foot and are therefore less crowded). By car or golf cart, we recommend San Juan or Santa Clara. Another option we use is parking in Seaside (golf cart only since it's free in the 2 designated lots on both sides of the square) and using the Dogwood access. A five minute walk but a nice option if you wish to finish your day in Seaside. Lease duration flexible. Fully furnished and Includes all utilities, community amenities, high speed internet/wifi, and 6 seater golf cart. LSV insurance required if interested in cart usage as well as renter policy.
