This includes two couches (upstairs couch is a sectional and downstairs couch folds out into a queen bed), all kitchen appliances, dining table that seats 6, all beds, dressers, and more! The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top and the downstairs 3rd bedroom has a king bed.
