Newark International Airport (EWR) is a short distance away, and the hospital, bus, and convenience stores are within walking distance. The apartment has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a large eat-in kitchen equipped for basic cooking, but no living room. This is a private space and not shared. This apartment features three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The space is on the third floor, and you need to use the stairs to access the apartment. There is one parking space available in the driveway at a cost of $20 per night. Parking needs to be paid in advance by credit card to be reserved. You can walk or drive around the neighborhood quite easily. Street parking is not too difficult, and there are no permits necessary for street parking. This is a historic neighborhood with mostly working families. Weequahic Park nearby offers many places to walk, jog, ride bikes, play tennis, and there is also a golf course. NJ Transit Bus No. 107 stops six blocks away and takes you to 42nd St Manhattan NYC in about 40 minutes. NJ Transit Bus No. 39 reaches Newark Penn Station in about 20 minutes, and NJ Transit Bus No. 37 connects you with Newark Airport (EWR) in about 15 minutes. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind are strictly enforced. Self check-in and check-out are available with a lockbox for keys at the entry door. The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us, as no support will be available for late check-ins, and no refunds will be given for issues after 11:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, and the property does not have luggage storage. The apartment is located in an older building, and while it is kept clean, it offers basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place close to New York City and Newark Airport (EWR), this would be a good space for you. However, if you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you.
