The kitchen features a breakfast nook, dishwasher, refrigerator, six burner stove, oven, garbage disposal, built in spice rack, along with ample counter and cabinet space. The primary bedroom suite is a brand new addition built in 2019 so you can wake up looking at the mountains. It has a huge walk in closet with built in drawers and shelves. The brand new primary bath has gorgeous stone tiling as well as a custom made jacuzzi tub complete with back massaging jets and built in LED lights (seriously the best purchase we ever made for this house, we take weekly baths as a result!) There are two other bedrooms, one 10x10 and one 13x10, which share a full bathroom in the hall. They have wall art that we love, but if you don't, they're basically giant stickers that can be easily removed. The fourth bedroom has its own ensuite 3/4 bathroom. It measures 13x10 and has a newly installed custom reclaimed wood ceiling. The only reason it's not pictured is because we're storing items in there at the moment that make it not photogenic, but it's really a beautiful space. The patio area has a gas fireplace and a grill. The side yard has apple, nectarine, and olive trees, all of which bear fruit! The whole yard is fully fenced in. Laundry machines are available in the garage. Neighborhood wise, it's incredibly quiet here at the end of our cul de sac, even though the elementary school is just down the street! Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Schools are excellent. There are tons of amazing restaurants nearby (we're happy to make recommendations!)
