There are 3 levels, all featuring a mountain resort vibe, a main level patio with a fire stove, an outdoor lower level jacuzzi that offers the right amount of privacy while still enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding forest. The bottom level makes an excellent game room with mini bar, card table, private living room, bunkbeds and 3/4 bath with double headed shower. With fresh paint on the exterior and too many upgrades to mention, spend the Summer in Lake Tahoe and let your worries float away... Our condo is allocated 2 parking spots, but overflow parking is close by if you have guests. Absolutely no smoking indoors. We have a doggy door and will allow small dogs (under 20 lbs) with landlord approval and a refundable pet deposit of $350. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, internet and routine maintenance such as cleaning jacuzzi filters periodically and adding chemicals each week. Landlord will be responsible for monthly HOA fee. Renters must secure and maintain renter's insurance naming landlord and Lake Village HOA as additional insured.
