When evening rolls around, hop in the car or call an Uber as you're just 5 minutes from the lively restaurants and bars of downtown Newport. Feeling more low-key? Stay local and walk to Middletown's neighborhood spots for great food, drinks, and shopping. Our home is one of the original Easton's Point cottages recently renovated with modern comfort in mind. Perfect for one couple, a small family, or a few friends. It features a charming galley kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a spacious full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, you'll find a relaxed beach vibe with dining space, comfy outdoor seating, and a fire pit designed with care to make you feel truly away from it all. Utilities are included in the rental price. If tenants goes above $200.00 in utilities they are required to pay the additional charges (gas, electric, water). Landlord will pay landscape and snow removal costs. Rental is available thru the second week of June 2026. No smoking allowed in or on property.
