Tenant pays all utilities and one year lease is required. After a year we allow tenant to go month to month we just require a 30 day notice. We cut the grass at the property. Renters insurance is required. We do allow pets but we have restrictions. 2 pet max for small animals (under 25lbs) and 1 pet max for larger animal (over 25 lbs).
