The building itself is called MIRA/SF and it well recognized as the new SF architecture landmark. We hope you love this place as much as we do. We live in South Bay and we want to retire in SF after our kids go to college. Right now we just don't have time to go to SF and enjoy this place. Renters pay PG&E. Water, hot water, garbage all covered by HOA which is paid by the owner. Garage valet parking for 1 car is also covered by HOA and paid by the owner.
