Very quiet since it's on the top floor of the main building. I can rent this property furnished or unfurnished. This unit has a working fireplace, although I personally have not used it very often. Also door staff and a package delivery room. The building is very pet friendly. Negotiable on terms, including lease length. I'm currently using this as a second home.
