It also has a three quarter bath (shower, sink, toilet). The shared laundry is also downstairs. The backyard is spacious and has a BBQ, table and chairs, and a garden box. I am looking for a clean and quiet tenant who doesn't mind children ( I have a six year old who will be living above you). The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, with friendly families and a small park around the corner. It's also about a half mile to Sugarhouse Park and a mile to the heart of Sugarhouse. It's 4 minutes to the freeway (I80) and 12 minutes to Millcreek Canyon. The lease is for one year. All utilities are included (Will consider an additional person for an additional $100 per month; pet rent is $40 a month).
