Looking for a sublet for any part of January-June in a 3 bed/3.5 bath house just above Patterson Park! It's a basement room with private bathroom, hallway, and small living room. Room is unfurnished except for a dresser, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and very cozy. The house has a washer/dryer in-unit and very reliable street parking. 1 roommate is moving out while Jack and Harper are staying through the end of June. We're both mid-20's; he's a stage manager and I'm a public school teacher. We have friends over occasionally, and would love to hang out with you (or leave you alone if that's not your thing!). The basement bedroom has it's own bathroom and a second living room in addition to the living room upstairs. The roommates Harper and Jack are great. The basement roommate had to move back home because of a family medical condition.
