The apartment is ideally located just 1 block from City Park and 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens. It is 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke's, and Rose, which are 5 minutes away, and UC Health University of CO and Children's Hospital CO, which are 15 minutes away. Guests are expected to view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours and after hours for emergencies. Early check-in may be available upon request, and check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out time. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Noise disturbances will result in a warning, and additional disturbances may lead to eviction without refund. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and any damage or excessive cleaning due to pets will incur charges. Guests are responsible for removing all personal property at check-out, with a minimum $50 fee for returning items left behind. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities. The apartment offers a great work-from-home workspace in the den, with fast internet at 300mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds. A shared router may or may not be in-unit.
