Tall ceilings, large windows, bathtub, wood floors, pellet stove, bright and sunny, large apartment. $2400 a month, Water included Please tell me about yourself, why you want to live here, and any info you might think would be helpful. Thank you so much! We ask for a 12-month lease. Please give 2 month notice when and if you are going to move out. This is a lovely, quiet, roomy house, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. T4 bedrooms, 3 of which are furnished. There is a pellet stove if you ever want to use it, it is so pretty and heats up the space well. Water is included, we ask that you shovel in the winter and use the mower to mow. We also ask that if anything is broken or if there is an issue that you let me know asap. We ask for a 200$ for cleaning when you move out. It is a part of your deposit. So, you get 200$ less when you move out. We ask that you give a 2 month notice and allow me to show the house those 2 months, clean, and tidy. I will give 24 hours notice to show it and will show it between 9am and 7pm. I do hope it works out that you love the space and want to stay!
