No occupant on the upper level with a fenced-in yard and lovely large patio to yourself will make it feel like you're living in a single-family home. The unit has heating and cooling! Although pictures are shown with furniture, the unit will be empty by October 1. The huge living room, which features floor-to-ceiling large sliding windows (with screens), a wooden floor and a gas-powered fireplace lined with calacatta marble. The spacious main bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling large sliding windows (with screens). It also has a full-sized closet with lighting and shelving, and blackout shades for those short summer nights. The smaller bedroom is cozy and also features blackout shades. You could use it as a home office! The luxury bathroom has heated floors for those long Seattle winters, a backlit non-condensing mirror and high-end rain and hand showers. The vanity has multiple drawers and a generous countertop. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances - an induction cooktop and oven, a fridge & freezer, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and high-end cabinetry and shelf storage. And a full-sized LG washer & dryer. Most of the appliances are less than 5 years old, and the whole place was remodeled and painted in 2021. Not pictured is a generous storage space in the apartment and outside (if needed). While the yard has some mature trees and plants, you are welcome to plant and grow what you'd like in pots or plant seasonal flowers. Would prefer no pets, but am open to learning about your pet if you have one, and seeing whether we can make it work (pet fees might apply). The house is 3 blocks from the bus to downtown, 3 blocks from the grocery, 5 from the pharmacy, and 7-8 blocks to Magnolia's cute village and summer farmer's market. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, cable/Internet/TV. We can discuss water/sewage/garbage. There is a $200 cleaning fee upon move-out - the property will be professionally cleaned before you move-in (at the expense of the owner). This unit and property are strictly non-smoking. There will be a $40/applicant screening fee (which covers employment and address history, ID verification and proof of income, criminal record, eviction and credit report. Happy to share with you. Will not accept a reusable tenant screening report)
