We have an open 12 x 12 room. Bathroom is shared with a male. Rent is $1,000 per month plus utilities (we split these between all). We are close to Wisconsin Ave. bus routes. Lots of shopping walking distance from the house. Parking is available if needed. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so we have enough animals. We are all older mostly work from home kind of people. This is a quiet neighborhood, as we are not a party house but are 420 friendly. We have had tenants both female and male from 19 to 62 years old. You will need to pay a security deposit the same as rent after our land lord runs a credit check. The room is available now. Lease can be for less than a year if needed.
