There is plenty of closet space throughout, and the basement has its own private entrance. There is a Full Kitchen, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, Diswasher, Stove/Range. Tenants also have access to their own laundry facilities and stove/oven in basement. Rent is $1,400 per month. All utilities, including high-speed wireless internet are included. I do require a security deposit, and lease terms are flexible (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, etc.). I cannot accommodate smokers, children of any age, or dogs. Cats and small caged animals will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenants must be extremely clean, quiet, and independent.
