Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome, but notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find any issues or missing amenities, allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue. Early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed, and late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
