The space is an in home hotel room with a private bathroom. There is a mini fridge and a sink in the bedroom, it's basically like a hotel room. We live upstairs with our three kids and dogs. It's a private space with the family living upstairs you can hear footsteps and some pitter patter. We want to be totally transparent about noise, if you're looking for a completely silent space this is not the space for you. Owner covers utilities. No smoking allowed.
