The pool and grounds are beautiful in the summer, and hanging out in the private patio is blissful. If you want to live in a large, quality condo, with privacy and no outside work, you can't do better than this Normandy condo! Applications not accepted until the condo has been shown. A second supplemental application will also be required. Rent includes use of carport, additional reserved parking space, pool, and clubhouse. Resident is responsible for all utilities. Resident must comply with all condo association rules and bylaws.
