We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: -Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 2.PARTIES AND EVENTS: -Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3.PET FRIENDLY ACCOMODATION: We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. PET GUIDELINES: -We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat. -To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort. -Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in home. -If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. -Please pick up all pet waste in yard before checking out. 4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: -Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 5.QUIET HOURS: -Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
