It has style, it has class, it's there! I'm not talking about "The Nanny" staring television darling Fran Drescher. I'm talking about this wonderfully dolled up 1 bed /1 bath apartment. Though, now that I think about it, it's a lot like her. It's open, sunny, and bright. I think the analogy ends there unless this apartment has a funny laugh. While I don't know Fran at all, I imagine she would want me to mention that this beautiful property is recently renovated with gorgeous touches. Like, the kitchen with its stainless appliances and crisp backsplash and the modern bathroom designed with matching tile and counter top. Mrs. Drescher, I would think, would be disappointed in me if I forgot to point out all the storage and the fact that the washer and dryer are easily accessible yet out of sight and the wood floors and a/c. I bet Franny D. is someone who appreciates prime location. Imagine her delight to be in Mid-City and close to the 10. You could be living what I assume is her dream! Add parking and a lovely outdoor space in the back and you have it all. The only thing that could make life better is if she made a sequel to Beautician and The Beast. Owner pays water. Pets considered!
