There is a full size kitchen with cabinets, a full size refrigerator, sink and cabinets, there is a microwave,, and and two burner hot plate. There is not an oven in the unit, but we could add a toaster over for you. The unit is furnished. This is a perfect rental for someone relocating to the area who needs something for 30 to 90 days, a traveling medical professional, someone who has sold their home and is waiting on their new one. It is suitable one person or for a couple. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. All utilities (including high speed internet) are included with the rental. This is a no smoking of any kind, no drugs unit. An application fee and credit check are required up front. Their is a $1,200 security deposit required up front and first months rent paid in full to move in. Utilities are included in the rent. A departure cleaning fee will be charged as well.
